Long Life Brand – Quick Cooking Noodles Quick Cooking Noodles Asian – 500g Despite their name (they are probably the most typical ‘Chinese noodles’), they do not contain eggs, they are made from wheat flour, they are pre-cooked and therefore quick-cooking and are then dried in a characteristic wave shape. Use: Mainly used for soup dishes, also suitable as fried noodles (after a short boil) and have a characteristic taste of their own. Short cooking time (approx. 3 minutes).
